Our Gift Vouchers are available for a selection of spa treatments, products and packages.All gift vouchers are subject to availability at the time of booking and are valid for 36 months duration from the date of issue (applicable for vouchers purchased from 30th March 2018. Vouchers purchased/issued prior to the 30th March 2018 are valid for 12 months only). Vouchers are non-redeemable for Public Holiday, during Long Weekend and Special Event Period. Minimum 2 night stay may apply. Any extension of expired vouchers will not be accepted. This voucher is to be used in one transaction and is non-transferable. Hotel credit voucher can be used towards the cost of purchases through any Hotel Restaurant, Day Spa or Accommodation.
Please note a credit card surcharge of 1.5% for Mastercard and Visa, and a surcharge of 1.5% for American Express, JCB and Diners will be added to your order total.
For gift vouchers that have been selected to be posted - a $20 postage and handling fee applies. Gift vouchers will be processed and posted out to the nominated postal address via Express Post within 5 working days from receipt of your order. The voucher will be gift boxed and sent to you via express post to the address provided. The hotel takes no responsibility for vouchers lost or delayed in the mail.
You can purchase gift vouchers and get it emailed instantly or posted in our signature gift box and sent out to you via express post at additional cost.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR GIFT VOUCHER DELIVERY VIA POST :
For guaranteed shipping BEFORE Christmas (Domestic only) Gift Voucher purchases must be placed by December 18th 2017.
Any orders placed thereafter are subject to delays due to Australia Post peak Christmas and Holiday shipping schedule.
Gift vouchers are required to be presented upon request of service. The gift voucher is in exchange for the services stated, is not transferable and is not redeemed for cash and cannot be sold, donated or extended. All reservations are required to be made in advance and are subject to availability, block-out dates, minimum night stays and booking conditions may apply.
Once an e-Event Ticket has been purchased you will receive 1 email per voucher with the voucher(s) attached including an Order confirmation.
• Upon receiving each Event Ticket it is important to print each Ticket.
• Each Ticket has a unique Voucher Number.
• Each Ticket will arrive as a separate email with a single ticket attached.
• Once you print each ticket, please ensure all voucher numbers are unique.
• Present each Event Ticket to the Hotel upon arriving.
The event ticket is required to be presented upon request of service. The event ticket is in exchange for the services stated, is not transferable, is not redeemed for cash and is non-refundable.
Due to licensing restrictions, no alcohol may be brought to any events at Parklands Country Gardens & lodges. The hotel adheres to the laws regarding responsible service of alcohol. Alcoholic beverage service will be denied to any person deemed to be under age or intoxicated.
SPECIAL EVENTS PARKING
Complimentary outdoor car parking is available for guests staying in the hotel only. For all other guests there is metered car parking along the surrounding streets of the hotel.
SPECIAL EVENTS SEATING
Seating allocations will not be confirmed until the day of the event and special requests are a request only and are not guaranteed.
